If athletes unionize and get pay plus NIL don't you think the union will demand they can stay till retirement age and get retirement benefits?

Mostly COVID, but depending on the timing, a guy could conceivably have two Olympic RS seasons, a regular RS, and four years of competition. There's also medical RS, potentially.
