Animal197 Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 Hello list, I was at an NAIA/NCAA D3/NCWA open this weekend. They had 4 mats going total and it was a long day. I saw some teams leave early and forfeit in the finals/consi finals (including a few of the double FFTs). Do those circumstances not count as a loss? I know that the first medical forfeit in an open counts as a loss now. thanks in advance.
gimpeltf Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 I imagine it might depend which of the 3 organizations was involved. NCAA Forfeits always count as losses. NCAA Med forfeits (as you mentioned) count as a loss in the first one unless the previous match was a default loss.
