John Smith now has Coleman Scott on staff and suddenly Oklahoma State is looking much better than they have in years. It remains to be seen if they look great but underperform at The Big Dance. TampaRyley Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 I see a few differences, but Coleman Scott has definitely proved to be a strong presence where he coaches. The main divergence between the two is that nobody could ever plan to takeover for Cael in modern times whereas the current assumption is Coleman was brought in to take over for John Smith. I have a feeling transition plans were discussed for Coleman to leave his head coaching position at UNC to return to OSU.
