Not sure, seems strong enough but these past two years he’s always been able to get into shots and just gets stuck down there

i'd argue that he shouldn't have gotten teched. Assuming I remember correctly, he gave up a cheap "3" off his own bad shot to his belly at the end of the 2nd, and subsequently collapsed.
