Down year for me due to life. Can't believe I only finished in the top 4% on Strava this year. New year, new me!

PS if anyone is running the Chicago marathon I will be wearing one of those beautiful red pacer singlets in October

I haven’t recorded a ride on Strava in years. Might get back on the horse this year.

When you have no formal training plan, a weekly segment poaching ride can be a remarkably effective approach. Also great for finding areas to ride, too.
