Then see a few where the wrestler on the clock scores - but they only get the points for their scoring move. Why don't they get ONE extra point for scoring during passivity penalty time? Think of it as a 3 point swing. If they don't score two, they will be down one. In that way they are rewarded extra for scoring and digging themselves out of the hole they dug.
