moodybooty Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 Saw Kyle Snyder pop up on a strength trainer channel that I follow today -- they focus on weightlifting & powerlifting, but have been diving into freak athletes in other sports this year. Pretty fitting first wrestler for the channel. While a lot of wrestlers are pretty strong, no one else on the current team really rings a bell for me when it comes to outright strength. Would love to see more training analysis for our national team members.

I have always felt that Snyder would benefit from focusing on more explosive lifting movements. He always appears slow-footed and lumbering against Sadulaev but then again, everyone looks less explosive against the GOAT.
