    Ragusin was technically still on top, so the instant they became grounded in that scramble a chest lock is locked hands. This is a mistake top wrestlers make all the time during these types of scrambles. If you’re on top and a shot finish type scramble gets started, you can only crotch lock, no chest wraps.

    This right here. College coach was feeling frisky one mid-January practice in a year where I was a bit mentally fragile from pulling too much weight. 45 minute grind match. That was not fun.
