    I really enjoyed the BTN's featurette on Ramos. You've probably seen it, but I thought I'd post the video anyway. I'm pulling for Ayala but Ramos seems like a good kid. Respect also to Spencer for taking the interview. Getting it out there probably helps him to move on and maybe keeps the fire lit inside.

    WDYM? Students receive financial aid that is either a grant or a loan to be repaid in the future. Students don't provide a service to their university the same way athletes do when they go out and actually train and compete for the school. Are you talking about students on FWS?

    Exactly. An athletes' union could also have pushed for expediency with the investigation and decision-making. I would love to see the NR sports unionize, either institutionally or at a conference level. It would be really difficult to pull off and I don't know if a one size fits all approach would fit across the different non-revenue sports, but a union like that could in theory give "small sport" athletes a seat at the table alongside football and basketball
