    Still taking too long, even the gratuitous "our guy lost, might as well throw the brick anyway" use it or lose it challenges at the end of matches. Maybe let coaches redeem their remaining challenge bricks for a plate of nachos for the team afterwards? Anything to prevent these stoppages.

    Is the OP's point that the Covid bonus year skewed things in favor of the current upperclassmen to the detriment of incoming underclassmen? The gap does look wider than usual, but I don't know if the data proves it out.

    Hendrickson is great, but Parris has been destroying worlds all season long too.

    I just don't like when the bottom guy is basically out but is penalized with the RT clock still going because he's working for a reversal.

    I like Murin's chances to AA. Still think he would already be an AA at another program, unfortunately.

    You can go across the neck to grab the far arm or shoulder but cannot apply pressure to the windpipe or artery. In the past I think the problem was with front headlocks going across the throat. Didn't a college guy pass out in a front headlock a several years ago? The officials check front headlocks but not the Nagao choke from top.
