  1. The NCAA wrestling transfer portal opened yesterday - March 19th - and closes after May 2nd according to this: http://fs.ncaa.org/Docs/eligibility_center/Transfer/DIUG_Windows.pdf
  2. According to what I've read all preliminary rounds (non-finals) are on ESPN+ and the finals are on ESPNU starting at 9 p.m. ET on Sunday night. P.S. Just my opinion but ESPN+ is quite simply AWFUL.
  3. True 2nds at 285 and 125 only. CSUB's Castro-Sandoval - the # 3 seed at 125 - Pinned the # 1 seed (Cal Poly's Koda Holeman) At 285 Jake Andrews - the # 1 seed (who was in an Urgent Care facility on Wednesday of this week due to illness) beat Oregon State's Brett Mower 4-1 in SV # 1.
  4. What is the status of Little Rock's starters for the last few years at 125 lbs and 285 lbs? That being Jeremiah Reno at 125 lbs and Josiah Hill at 285 lbs. Neither of them has competed in even one match so far this season. Are they both injured and not able to compete? Or is something else going on with them? Are they expected to return later this season?
  5. It appears this match can be seen online on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/live/_3bdQhDNF84 OR followed on TrackWrestling here: https://www.trackwrestling.com/tw/seasons/MainFrame.jsp?TIM=1731766675250&twSessionId=ulwlxdotta&loadBalanced=true&pageName=%2Ftw%2Fseasons%2FDualMatches.jsp I think Cal Poly wins this dual today especially if Nico Provo is still not in the lineup for the Cardinal.
  6. The Stanford wrestling team has been updated (finally) to include the incoming true freshmen. https://gostanford.com/sports/wrestling/roster?view=list
  7. The four remaining schools that field a wrestling team as the "PAC 12", as I understand it, have until July 1st of 2026 to add two more wrestling programs to remaining a wrestling conference. Previously it was thought that the "plan" was to try to add Wyoming and Air Force (both Mountain West schools for most sports and Big 12 schools for wrestling). Yet the under-handed fiasco that the PAC 12 began this fall to try to get themselves out of the contract that they willingly and freely signed last year with the Mountain West has ended that plan in it's tracks. Yet the need for two more wrestling programs still remains for the PAC 12. And the clock is ticking. Question is does the PAC 12 have any plan at all on how to resolve this problem? Or are they just planning on abandoning wrestling?
  8. https://btn.com/2024/10/17/big-ten-network-announces-2024-25-big-ten-wrestling-broadcast-schedule/ First match scheduled for November 9th (next Saturday) at 6 p.m. with Stanford @ Iowa

  10. I saw where it was mentioned that results would be available via trackwrestling but I saw nothing on that site about it. And no news on it on the ASU wrestling website (that I could find).
  11. Is there going to be any way to watch this other than attending in person?

  15. Speaking of "mistakes" any mistakes here would be on WrestleStat. These are THEIR projections. Not mine. But hey don't start letting facts get in your way.
