Not as a starter but as a redshirt you are still expected to go in as needed. He should have just redshirted at 133.

Also look at Braeden Davis going up in weight didn't help. I am surprised we are not seeing him in portal yet.

I think Mccrone transferring confirms Bouzakis will be at 125 next year but I've been wrong before. Who do they have for 141 at osu next year?

Brendan mccrone is a very Ohio hometown type of kid. He wouldn't be in a transfer portal if there wasn't significant reason for it. I still say Osu did him wrong by placing Bouzakis in his weight class. Whether that played a role or not I don't know but he will be a great pick up I am thinking he will go to Iowa since Dean Peterson graduates.

But when you were a starter for two years already having to ride the bench or making extreme weight cuts to wrestle is not smart but hopefully he does what's best for him. Now I am interested where Mccrone goes.

He should have transferred when Davino came instead of torture he put himself through this season by weight cutting. I think OSU is more then just wrestling to him. Sucks seeing talent wasted. -
And this is why Mccrone should of kept 125. I been saying this

The win over Lilledahl was a big one but if you look at his and Bouzakis (at 133) records over past 2 years are almost identical and Mccrone is natural 125.

Thank you for clarifying. That really sucks that he missed entire season. Hopefully he will be starter next year. I still maintain he is a better choice for 125 for ohio
