If every freshman in the finals wins PJ Duke is going to be super sad

    ... i prefer Jax, but who doesn't?

Nice. My rationale was how Mendez looked in the semis. I also have this theory that the post-covid class is weak.

I second that... it was really nice.

A new era begins ... ... that was nuts. And loved his non-partisan speech.

Some bold predictions ... I know there was a whole post on Ono but are there any reports about how he is coming along in the room? Also Ono was a 61KG internationally so why not 133 ... or is this well known?

it's the one I am most excited about (me and errrr everyone else)
  18. BigTimeFan
now you've got me thinking about it
  19. BigTimeFan
that would be epic ... 5% Jax gets pinned, caught flopping around, 25% Davino gets pinned ...

I don't care if you call me an idiot. in terms of PEDs the issue is this. the minute people start thinking that their competition is doing PEDs they start to think they **have to** do them too. then they weight the risks and they hear: 1. with reasonable precautions you won't get caught, and 2. with reasonable precautions your nuts won't shrivel too much

the wrestlers don't seem to get much media training ... the most interesting interview in recent memory was after B1G's when MM said he was never more unhappy than after he achieved all his goals. That part seemed really from the heart, and then he preached.

well human nature being what it is and looking at sports who have rigorous testing and real sanctions for PED use, it's not at all crazy to assume people are using PEDs for edge
  23. BigTimeFan
it was a very lazy guess
  24. BigTimeFan
I don't even know, how rigorous is the drug testing in NCAA wrestling?

First: If everyone wrestled like Jax we'd have a much more populate sport. He just never stops moving and so far no one can keep up his paste. Using the no-so-reliable transitive rule in wrestling Jax >> Seidel >> Blaze ~ Davino, I am going with a score of 22 - 8.
