Any of the PSAC schools. They are hemorraging students and most have given up any spending on wrestling but Edinboro was recently a top 10 program, Clarion has a history of individual champs, Lock Haven is the current best of the state schools. Bloomsburg is barely hanging on. A team title for any would mean so much to their future.

They could have Lee and Woods and still finish more than 50 points behind Penn State. Even if you ignored that fact that Ramos is in the bracket and gave Lee maximum for winning and assume tweedle dee and tweedle dum didn't ruin Woods and gave him first that's only 50-60 points.

Brooks and Steveson did/will compete for 4 NCAA Championships since they used a year in 2020. Starocci will compete for 5 NCAA Championships because he did not use a year in 2020. That time you missed the number 5. People who wrestling in the 2019-2020 season got either 3 or 4 bites at the Championship apple. Brennan in this case should only get 4 bites. He is trying to get his 5th bite and that is not allowed.

You missed the IF they competed in the 2021 championships. The class that got screwed into only three chances, of which Hall and Joseph were a part, did not compete in 2021.

It's really simple... A wrestler may compete in 5 post seasons if one of those were the 2021 championships unless they competed in the 2020 championships.

They have be apprehended.

I see it as a school that took advantage of a conference not caring. Realistically, the conference should have caught this but the PAC doesn't really give a damn about anything right now. IF there was a real conference in place, they would be DQing Brennan and possibly the entire Little Rock team. I would rather LR stay invested but at the same time if they can't play by the rules...

I hate that this is happening to a program that seems invested in wrestling but they committed a serious violation if the NCAA has any backbone left.

If Little Rock was indeed warned that he shouldn't be eligible months ago, then heads do need to roll in both the compliance department and the wrestling program.

When a Pac-4 champ gets more points in the matrix than a BIG runner-up, there's an issue. The easy fix is using allocations. Say the Big 12 has 8 allocations at a weight, the EIWA 3 at the same weight. Simply use Allocations minus placement. Third place at Big 12 scores more than the runner-up at EIWA. If you want to reward Champs, instead of giving them a -1, give them a +1 In the example above, the EIWA champ gets 4 in the conference placement matrix, the runner up 1, third 0. The Big 12 champ 9, runner-up 6, third 5, fourth 4, fifth 3 and so on so that each person who earns the final allocation get the same number across all conferences. Wild Cards all lose the placement matrix automatically.
