  17. Karn Evil 9 full lyrics: Cold and misty morning, I heard a warning borne in the air About an age of power where no one had an hour to spare, Where the seeds have withered, silent children shivered, in the cold Now their faces captured in the lenses of the jackals for gold.
  18. Emerson Lake & Palmer... Brain Salad Surgery Brain Salad Surgery is the fourth studio album by English progressive rock band Emerson, Lake & Palmer, released on 7 December 1973 by their new record label, Manticore Records, and distributed by Atlantic Records I remember when it came out in my senior year in HS... during wrestling season, I used to go out on long distance training runs w/ Karn Evil 9 playing in my head. I wanted to see these guys live and didn't have the opportunity, until many years later. My wife and I saw them at Brendan Byrne Arena @ the Meadowlands as Emerson Lake & POWELL... nice for nostalgia but it wasn't quite the same. D3
