  1. I skimmed your post initially and saw "VT's Mullen." My initial thought was "Dear God, please let this week end"
  2. DT allegedly went hard after Ryan Burton last year, but we were able to hold onto him.
  3. Making an amendment to my original post since this is public. TJ has a sick family member and did not attend the NCAAs. Rough year for TJ and his family. Say a prayer if you can for the Stewart family.
  4. Eddie has two years I believe if he wants to use it. Sounds like he was able to get medical redshirt for last season.
  5. VT 125: Eddie Ventresca 133: Dillon Campbell (Seidel will contend) 141: Tom Crook 149: Caleb Henson 157: Rafael Hipolito 165: Mac Church (Torres could get a shot) 174: Gage Wright 184: Transfer or Ryan Burton 197: Sonny Sasso HWT: Jimmy Mullen Depending on how things shake out, I could see Robie bringing in 1-2 transfers to compete at 133, 165, or 184. Hope TJ returns, but he wasn’t in Philly this past weekend (at least I didn’t see him) and hasn’t been seen on VT social media since the ACCs. Hope Mac takes a step forward. He made a massive jump from 141 to 165 last offseason. Adding strength this offseason will help better compete next season. Not sure if Burton or Seidel will be ready to start at true freshmen, but they will given an opportunity. Connor McGonagle’s AA should help us get the attention of lighter weight transfers if we got that route
  6. Very excited about the the next couple classes. Also, Drew Gorman is a part of the '25 class. He dipped in rankings last Fall (injury from what I've heard) but is talented and will compete sooner than later at 141.
  7. Would love this lineup. McGonagle, Amine, and Wolak would be a sick portal haul. My questions would be... 1. Which Eddie will we get next season? He was hurt all of last season, so we will get a far better version if healthy. Will he be able to wrestle an AA-caliber season or was his great freshman run lightning in a bottle? 2. What can we expect from the talented redshirt freshmen and will the seniors be able to hold Sasso/Mullen off? Mullen is the most likely of the three. Frayer mentioned on the VT board a couple months ago both Mullen and Sasso were top 15 caliber wrestlers at their weight classes this past season. We'll see what a full season in the room can do for both without the distraction/lingering injuries from football. We will certainly see more attacking at the upper weights with Hip, Sasso, and Mullen. 3. Will Tanelli be able to take the lower weights up a notch? He's walking into a talented room with wrestlers who experienced down seasons for different reasons. Looking forward to a Latona who can eat a meal daily during the season. He had a hard time finishing and getting up from bottom at 133 this past season like his final year at 125. 4. Will TJ be able to continue his meteoric rise? He was so much fun to watch and unexpected boost. Needs more seasoning but the talent is undeniable. Btw, his brother just committed to VT this past week. Nice kid.
