Anyone notice the background music playing during the whole match? That was different! Anyway Spratley had two tough matches this weekend and its only going to get tougher next weekend when has #2 Volk Friday night and #1 Fig on Sunday. Getting battle tested early in the season. Hopefully it will make him super tough come March!

Does Oklahoma State put out their true starting line up today? Hope we get to see Cael Hughes at 33 and Jamison 41. As for Oregon State I see only one win at 97 unless there's an upset along the way.

The Utah Valley 25lber is going to beat some good kids this year. He gave Spratley all he wanted!!

Hughes was allowed to bump up and challenge for 141 and he did win. So there still a hole at 133 for Okie State. Hole meaning no one else at that weight will make the podium.

I'm super excited to see how much more improved Troy Spratley is this year. I know he fell short of All American status at Nationals last year but I can't help but think he's going to surprise a lot of people this year. With workout partners like Fix, Gilman and RBY in the room pounding on him everyday, once he steps on the mat with other opponents we will see his transformation from last year. He major decisioned National champ Fig at their duel last year and he will get him again early this year when they duel November 24th. A match to watch!!! So pumped!! Let's Goooooooo!

Ferrari actually had a little brawl with Heinselman after a Bedlam dual in Norman one year. Ferrari would mop the floor with him. Heinselman shouldn't have even been mentioned as a tough opponent for him. Athletically Ferrari is honestly on a whole different level than him.

How many loses does Ferrari have before the national tournament?? Coming out of that conference I'm not sure if he has many road blocks before the big dance. I do believe he will meet Stephen Little of Little Rock who I think is ranked in the top ten of the preseason rankings.

Is he bi-polar or dealing with metal issues? His "Hansome Tuesday" posts are very disturbing!!

I don't love this scenario, Witcraft would be the weakest link in the starting lineup. I have always thought of him as just a fill in guy (average at best). I wish Hughes was able to make 133, so that there would be less "jockying for position" in the 141 and 149 weight classes. I would love to know how J.J. McComas does against Witcraft in the wrestling room?

I'm interested to see what's going to happen with Oklahoma state's Cael Hughes? As an undefeated High School wrestler, I would sure think it hurts Okie State to not have him in the lineup somewhere!

Why would Ayala leave Iowa??? Is there any substance to this? It doesn't make sense to me.

I agree we have decent replacements to take over for JW, but with Hughes and Jamison moving up to fill the gap. That leaves a hole at 133, which will probably be Witcraft. To me that will be the biggest weak spot out of the ten starters.

I bet Jamison moves up to 149 to take Williams place and Hughes move up to 141. The void I see is at 133. Probably going to put Witcraft in at 133 so now I see O-States weakest weight class being 133.

Jordan Williams was dismissed from the team due to being arrested for Public intoxication.

I don't see Jax following Coleman, I have heard his biggest relationship is with Fix. So if Fix stays in Stillwater I believe Oklahoma State has the best chance of getting him. I also think that Bassett has a big influence on him as well. They might be a package deal together. And wow wouldn't that be a Christmas present for whichever school gets them.
