    Starocci can't be a lock up 1 or 2 weight classes.  Especially with Keck at 184.

Unless their intent is to just buy proven commodities who are already In college moving forward I think those funds would be better allocated to ensuring they get these big high school recruits if they can truly afford to potentially pay 3 guys 1.5 million who in my opinion I could very well be wrong will never get close to making a national team out of school.

    I guess ultimately I may be underestimating the funding in wrestling and specifically at Iowas I just think its a foolish investment, it does put them in the national title hunt if some things swing their way though so perhaps it will prove to be fruitful. 

    Bob Nichols is very rich and wants Iowa to win a trophy badly.

    Why do you believe it’s BS when wrestling reporters (including Willie) have stated it multiple times?  And it’s not just for a semester. It’s also to join HWC RTC.

    Teemer and Buchanan were never in the portal either and yet they are transferring to Iowa.

    Hate to add to a Jimmy thread, but Mineo did delete the post that Teemer called false.  @VakAttack shared it previously, and it said Teemer had already been “given” an apartment.  So may have just been an incorrect choice of words (and possibly another instance of Mineo being “mostly” but not 100% accurate), I’m guessing that he was just offered it at that point.

    I would wager Teemer won’t be paying for housing in Iowa City this year.

    Rank the top 5 teams that do not have a transfer in their line up. This could be fun.

    I actually forgot they had another transfer at 149 - Kyle Parco.  60% of their lineup is going to be transfers.

    Iowa fans were convinced Caliendo was a small 165 pounder so the cut to 157 should be doable.
