    To add. From the little I know about law. The DA/Prosecutors won't move forward with a case unless they're fairly certain the case is winnable. Is this correct @VakAttack

Is Anthony's attorney assuming the judge on the case tends to be lenient on sentencing? Also, AJ is do in court on the 18th
