Obviously, Little Rock took a beating and so did Rider. Rider loses the #7 seed Dean at 2025 NCAA Tournament to Iowa State, their 285lber Szuba to ASU who they redshirted for his final season and 1 or 2 more starters. Tough off-season for those Programs.

Penn State lost two age level world medalists. No other team can say that, to my knowledge.

I read into the concept of "crushed" the net yield and roster impact.  PSU got two wrold medalists and hard to see any crushing blow the roster.

I would think Chattanooga got crushed more than anybody. They had 3 returning National qualifiers (Desiante, Powe, Boarman) all go into the portal. it is between Little Rock and Chatt.
