No, in large part due to the Chips Act, the US was investing and innovating at an incredible speed, breaking computing laws. 

That takes Capital. 

And the US is also seeing more ROI. Look at AMZN, META, MSFT, NVDA, GOOG(L), AVGO, look at their earnings?
