Rini, Wolak, and Shumate all Ohio kids. Hope to see them make runs. Three close calls this year going the other way would drastically change people's perception of Shumate

Seeding to 16 started in 2014.

In 2015 Zeke Moisey finished second at 125. The next closest is Kizhan Clark in 2022 and Ronald Perry in 2018 making the final as #15 seeds.

The highest seed to win is Cody Brewer, a #13 seed at 133 in 2015.

Since the expansion to 33 seeds in 2019 highest seeds to win are Carter Starocci (9), Richie Figueroa (8), Mekhi Lewis (8), and Shane Griffith (8).
