I was generally going by highest ranked guy in coaches rankings with an obviously Irish surname. So O'Toole won out at 174 over Kennedy for instance. I prob could cut Spencer Moore due to "Moore" being somewhat ambiguous. Paddy wasn't in coaches rankings, so I unintentionally omitted him. Gallagher could well belong as the 165 entry.
