I'm not going to directly address the trolly pastry, but it's certainly interesting that two high level PA recruits left the state and by all reports were at best 3rd for both (and they missed on Dreshaun Ross who they also recruited), it doesn't mean anything...yet.  obviously I hope it signifies a change in recruiting patterns but as many have pointed out, PSU has loaded up the last two classes and is currently a fairly young team as well.  I think they only lose Carter and Kerk next year.  Big losses, obviously, but high quality replacements.

They do have a bit of a pile up at the middle weights to sort out, but the biggest potential "problem" i could see might be at the biggest weights. With Ryder and Barr and Mirasola vying for two weights, if little Mirasola doesn't make it...does he stay?  If he doesn't, does his brother leave?  Big Mirasola is the only real HWT recruit right now, but some rumors of them going after the Moccos.

Bottom line, it's certainly interesting that PSU missed on three top end recruits they definitely tried to get, but it doesn't mean anything...yet.

They lose Bartlett also.

Yeah after this season I don’t see PSU being very relevant. The writing is on the wall by not getting one of the top 3  2026 recruits

Does not look like too much of a struggle to reload - least of all at 141.  285 though is thin.  Portal? - even if for depth?

285 thin for Penn State? I would think Cochran is about as good a backup for Mirasola, if needed, than anyone else in the country. Or did you mean the weight’s thinning out?
