What happens to M2?

DT and his family have several businesses in State College - M2, his wife's juice place, their farm.

What happens to M2?  Surely DT can't continue running it as HC of Ok State.  And it seems he can't run a similar place in Oklahoma while coaching.

It would make most sense for one of DT's friends/proteges to continue M2.  How about Jason Nolf?  His style is probably closest to DTs.
