MPhillips Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 OSU looked worse beating RU than they did getting score stomped by PSU. With that said McCrone, Wilcox, Rocco, Geog and Feldman had important wins. Bouzakis' took a silly loss but it was to an OH guy and I'm not bothered by the Rogotzke pin. OSU only has IU and MSU left and then it's off to the B1G Tourney. .
TylerDurden Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 Back-to-back matches where Mendez has been limited by guys effectively using collar ties to slow him down. He wasn't in danger of losing this one, but he needs to make an adjustment to either beat the ties or draw more attention from the referees. I'm assuming the end-of-match exchange had something to do with Moore hanging on for the entire match trying not to get bonused, Mendez riding him like a rented mule and then telling him about it.
