I agree. It also shows no support of your staff. Other coaches at Ohio University should be taking notes.

In my experience communication has been a major issue, since the current Athletic Director was hired.

She also seems a lot  more interested in trying to raise her national profile then helping to elevate O.U.'s athletic programs.
