Heard it was a done deal with ISU.. but hoping he ends at Stanford

Wonder where he will land. I’m guessing Lehigh or PSU but that is truly a shot in the dark. I wonder if Columbia has a shot with SeBass being on staff and being an Olympic Medalist for Puerto Rico. Also, heard Iowa called him. So in my guess, with no inside, I’d say Lehigh, PSU, Pitt, Columbia, Ohio State (because of Waters), and Iowa are in his list. Anyone got insight or has some guesses?! I think he is a great prospect!

Man… committed to Minnesota then decommitted… Committed to Iowa for 1 year and had a greyshirt while wrestling with the HWC… Wrestled for Iowa State for 2 years… Committed to Ohio State silently then left after WTT… Now Committed to Chattanooga.. Committed to 5 Universities within 4 years. Crazy… Also, Very interesting and sad if all that stuff/rumors are true about his Dad over-parenting and having too much control. Nonetheless, wish him the best and it’s cool that he is back in his hometown! Chattanooga got a lot of nice pickups in the portal this year. Hope they are tough and cause some damage!

So Chittum to Chattanooga? Been hearing that a lot now and wondering if there is any truth to it.

Yeah he is heading to Blair but before that he was at Bullis HS in Maryland. Same HS as Shapiro before he transferred to Sem.

I agree, I don’t see him going anywhere but Cornell. Same HS as Shapiro and is in preps on the East Coast.

13 more days and the recruiting really kicks off! Excited, who do you guys want for your team? Who do you think goes where? Who do you think calls who?

Seems like the portal finally died down; but there are some still some great gets left in the portal.

I’m still interested on where Merrill lands. Hoping it’s Stanford or UNC, especially with both of the momentum the programs have been having this year.

Man.. people who seem to be in the known for Iowa seem very pessimistic with low expectations of them coming to Iowa City. Give me the Randy brothers to OkieSt or tOSU. Will be terrible if we miss out on them… but can’t say Tom and staff didn’t put in the effort. Hopefully they do what they did for Michael Kemmerer and drive to their house and close a deal.

I’m very interested in where the twins land. I thought Iowa was in the drivers seat but OkieSt has been making a big push… also, heard they might be making their announcement this week. Who do you think wins this recruiting battle @Husker_Du?? I just don’t know how they will fit in the Pokes lineup, either Vega or Wolbert will sit the bench. And probably one of the brothers since Jax will occupying 133/141. Crazy depth

Oh woah, that’s extremely shocking. I thought he moved to Stillwater because he was a fan of OSU. Also, thought he repped a lot of OSU. Very interesting though. Appreciate the insight Willie!

Do you know what happened to him ? He was such a high prospect, he always had Davis’s number and won a lot of good matches back in HS. Wonder where he may land.

So are the Larkin Boys staying put in ASU? There was soooooo much smoke that they were leaving to ISU. Or is there still smoke?

Not saying he won’t consider other schools, I just don’t see him ultimately choosing anyone over Iowa. I may be completely wrong, but that’s just my guess. I definitely believe those 3 guys go to those schools, easy guess tbh.

True, I think that’s the heaviest lean in the class lol. Schwab to UNI Villasensor to OkieSt Miller to Iowa Those I feel the most confident about.

Oh, and Villasensor to OkieSt , which is probably the heaviest lean. Which means they have their 25 over after Troy graduates.

My guess is Melvin and Sidun to Iowa Also, think Jimmy Matsny to Illinois. I’m also guessing Joe Bachmann will go to tOSU or PSU

Chris Cannon back in the portal… Wonder where he may end up at? Especially since he didn’t have a good year last year. I’m sure might be because he was injured or other reasons, but I’ll be interested in teams who may want him.

Gotcha, hope he stays put. Love when tOSU is competitive. any insight on Coby Merrill, I feel like he may be a greater prospect in HWT over Mocco and Ross… but we will see this weekend on how he stacks against the other prospects! My guess is he ends up at Stanford, ASU, or OU. I have absolutely have no insights on Merrill, so just shots in the dark.

Is there actually smoke to Waters decommitting? That would be a massive loss, I believe he is a great prospect. I really wanted to see how he would stack up against Ludington, would’ve been a great match.
