Adopted. Likely chinese. Doubt if they're "mongolian" as in adopted from mongolia but you can likely pick up a likely Mongolian baby if you stick with adoption centers in the north part of china. I wouldn't doubt if he got Mongolian blood: a benchpress competition of them against Germans and American soldiers had them winning on my base overseas.
