  2. Sounds like it's more like your problem - not mine.
  3. I think most can agree that Oregon State has been the top dog in the PAC 12 as far as wrestling is concerned. But with all of the new additions (and badly needed additions I might add) the question now is which wrestling program appears to be the new top dog among the "new" PAC 12. So I took it upon myself to use the wrestlestat dual comparison feature to attempt to answer that question and it looks to me like the answer is likely to be South Dakota State. I say that because I did dual comparisons for South Dakota State against all of the other programs that will be competing in wrestling in the newly reformatted PAC 12 and this is how WrestleStat projected those duals: South Dakota State vs. Air Force - 26-6 S.D.S. South Dakota State vs. Cal Poly - 24-9 S.D.S. South Dakota State vs. CS Bakersfield - 40-0 S.D.S. South Dakota State vs. Little Rock - 18-15 S.D.S. South Dakota State vs. North Dakota State - 19-12 S.D.S. South Dakota State vs. Northern Colorado - 37-0 S.D.S. South Dakota State vs. Northern Illinois - 29-3 S.D.S. South Dakota State vs. Oregon State - 19-12 S.D.S. The closest of these duals is South Dakota State over Little Rock 18-15 and the two 2nd closest duals are South Dakota State over North Dakota State and Oregon State 19-12. Yet North Dakota State - when matched against Little Rock and Oregon State - wins those dual matches (according to WrestleStat's dual comparison) by identical 20-12 scores. And to make it even more confusing Little Rock vs. Oregon State is projected to be Little Rock over Oregon State 18-17.
  4. I see WrestleStat has Marcus Blaze slated as the starter for Penn State at 133 lbs. I don't see how that's possible seeing as Blaze competed at 150 lbs last season as a H.S.Senior. That would more than a 10 percent drop in his body weight. https://www.wrestlestat.com/wrestler/99761/blaze-marcus/profile https://www.trackwrestling.com/membership/ViewProfile.jsp?TIM=1759075515964&twSessionId=gjuqxoevtx&twId=704461135
  5. I signed up for this forum solely for this discussion. I would think he's headed to Penn State. Van Ness is in his final year of eligibility in 2026. Bassett comes in and redshirts to acclimate himself to college wrestling and then takes over at 149 lbs after Van Ness' last season.
