As a Cowboy fan I’ll always love dunking on OU. But they do have a former AA in Peyten Kellar and DeAnthony Parker made it to the R12 last year. Wells was a R12 guy a couple years ago and it sounds like he’s moving up so he’s not sucked down at 133 anymore.

Idk but I’ve seen some say he was kind of small for 184 last year. As for Merrill I think he beats Thompson. Merrill is not a big 197. There’s a reason for the rumors of him cutting to 184.

I’ve always thought he was a career 125. I don’t think he’d be as successful at 133. He’s never looked big for the weight to me and he struggles with tall lanky guys like Strickenberger.

Yeah idk why people are so shocked by this. PSU has showed before they have no qualms about recruiting over the guys they already have.
