He won in sudden victory in the semis and by a point in the finals. He scored a cumulative 3 points in regulation in those two matches. He's good, but I think his PAC 12 performance shows that he's jumbled in with the rest of the 125s.
UNC seems most logical. Koll originally recruited him to Cornell, UNC has NIL money, and having his former teammate and 197 practice partner Ben Darmstadt on staff is the clincher.
No allegiance to either team, but would be fun to watch this play out:
125 - Ayala maj Davis 4-0
133 - Schriever dec Nagao 7-0 (I think Nagao will have to pick top to get his best position and Schriever is showing he can come on strong in the third)
141 - Woods dec Bartlett 10-0
149 - Rathjen dec Kasak 13-0
157 - Franek dec Haines 16-0
165 - Caliendo dec Mesenbrink 19-0
174 - Starocci tf Kennedy 19-5
184 - Truax tf Riggins 19-10
197 - Brooks tf Glazier 19-15
285 - Kerk tf Keuter 19-20
CHA implodes.
I suppose you could actually peruse all 19 of my posts. I am really just poo-pooing the idea that PSU will have 10 AAs this year. I believe Minnesota's record will stand the test of time with that one.
