  1. No judge has said Biden is too old to stand trial and only a judge can make that decision. A special counsel was the one who made those statements about Biden, he still could have pursued charges but did not and copped out with the he’s not fit for trial which like i said only a judge has the authority to make. Those pesky facts
  2. With your logic I have to assume you are also in the camp that gun control does not infringe on the 2nd amendment because the constitution contains no explicit right to own a “gun” or “firearm” correct?
  3. That is a both side of the aisle issue
  4. Did i state anywhere that we are not a republic? I literally have posted that it’s a type of democracy what point are you trying to make
  5. The question was what process do we use to choose our representatives within our representative republic. That would be democracy because everyone votes for it. While we are not a direct democracy to state that the U.S. is not a democracy is laughable
  6. The famous process of electing our congressmen through the electoral college lol
  7. Do you wanna take a crack at what the process is called in which we choose our representatives within our republic?
  8. If they are not illegal please explain the indictment in Arizona
  9. What is a republic a type of? We a representative democracy which believe it or not still makes us a democracy
  10. Many people on the right participated in voter fraud with fake electors to “protect their democracy”
  11. Very subjective. It’s not like it’s heavily documented that people complained about multiple hour long wait times every election and have had to leave the line and not cast a vote
  12. If someone is living here in America whether it be legally or illegally they pay sales tax that like you said goes to pay for city, county, and state operations I believe they should be able to vote in those elections because they are directly being taxed so they should be able to vote for representation. Some Homeless people do not have jobs and therefore do not pay federal income tax, should they not be able to elect federal officers even though they are citizens?
  13. Show me where i said there’s a federal sales tax
  14. People pay taxes no matter what, whether it be sales tax or other taxes, literally every single person pays some sort of tax. Paying these taxes entitles you to representation in your government and the right to vote for that representation. Remember, no taxation without representation
  15. Quite literally everybody does already have skin in the game by being a tax payer
  16. Voter ID is fine as long as there is no charge for it. It might make sense to open in person voting to at least one whole week or a month with voter id so people can get the chance to vote. I’m sure having more days to vote would put less strain and stress on poll workers and counters
  17. If AOC believes in the 24th amendment and doesn’t believe in poll taxes then sure
  18. Bro tries calling me racist and insists my posts insinuates it then when pressed about it changes subjects nice
  19. There is no constitutional right to vote? What did the 15th amendment do? What did the 19th amendment do
  20. In anywhere in that post does it mean include “ i don’t think black people can afford $14”? It looks like i typed out that others actually don’t believe this is targeted towards African Americans and is instead target towards lower income people
  21. Can you show me where I said black people can not afford $14?
  22. Yep this makes sense i didn’t mention Biden at all lol
  23. So your limit to being a disenfranchised voter was $40-$50. To others it will be $14. $0 would be the most reasonable since it’s a constitutional right to vote
