BIG XII finals: match order

The vega / eche re-match was probably the most anticipated bout of the tournament, so I understand why it ended with him. 

Question though: who makes this decision?  Coaches' committee? Big 12 admin, ESPN?

I don't know either, but it worked out for the organizer.  If you're trying to add drama to the end, an overtime bout helps.

Can ESPN+ producers also make the decision to add riding time on the scorebug? I noticed they had it on there during the ACC Finals last night, so hopefully that is the norm for NCAA's.

After watching numerous duals at different schools on ESPN+ I think the local production picks the bugs and the graphics. They are always different.

Yeah, but a different order might have changed at least one result. . . obviously in the pokes' favor.
