Yes.  Dimocrat lawyers must be up to their necks.  One thing though to Aaron’s take, the ICA wasn’t done as a report to the president, or anyone else in the IC.  It was designed and directed by the president to be presented by the media.  
 

One reason this ICA was so different from earlier reports was that they were concerned with cyberattacks from the usual suspects, but mainly China.  China was so deep into the systems of Obama, McCain, and Romney that it’s said that China knew who Obama’s administrative selections were before the selectees were notified.
