The issue preventing its adoption for wrestlers was the side effect of muscle loss for GLP-1 drugs. Looks like it won't be long before that barrier is gone. New Oral Drug - Weight Loss Without Muscle Loss Having been in the drug business, it is really difficult to predict long term effects. This has long term cardiovascular effects written all over it.
