Is fiscally responsible government similar to slavery?

Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson thinks so.    He has a 6% approval rating.  If you were to bet me a substantial Amount of money that the next mayor would be significantly worse than the prior one (Lori lightfoot) I would have said that’s hardly possibly.  But it is somehow.    I think he has the lowest approval rating of any politician in America today.
