#7 Will Miller of App State falls to unranked Thomas Snipes of Citadel in the finals at 165

App State wins the team title, but Citadel comes in 2nd, if I had to guess it may have been awhile since App State and Campbell were not the top 2 teams.  App State and Campbell each only had 1 champ as well.
