Were Lewis and Griffith scared of Starocci?

Both guys were former national champs, seeded higher than #9 Starocci, knew Starocci had the giant Spencer Lee knee brace...yet both literally did NOTHING in their matches and wrestled like they were petrified.

It was shocking how little both tried to win...it seemed they were defeated before the handshake.

Thoughts?

Griffith did say he was really hurting after his quarters match...but he barely moved against Starocci.

Hell nah!! Use that old man walker to get to the mat and let it fly. It’s his last year. At least I think it is. But who knows anymore.
