I know PIAA always catches heat for how their seeding works but at 121 AA you have 6,7,8 ranked wrestlers nationally and two of them are going to be meeting in the quarters. Not really a post to hate on the bracket system because thats been done but I guess more to highlight there are gonna be some great matchups Friday.

If all goes as chalk:

AA:

107: Deputy vs Bachmann 1,2 Final

121: Botero vs gill 7,8 quarter

121: Winner of above vs Aaron seidel who's 6

127: Forrest vs vargo Final Forrest is ranked 2 but just lost to vargo who is not currently ranked

133: Brandt harer vs mason gibson 15,16 semi

133: winner of above vs Camden Baum who's ranked 13.

152: Melvin miller vs max stein 6,17 final

AAA:

114: Landon sidun vs Sloboda, Sidun is ranked 1 sloboda is not ranked but he just beat sidun this past weekend final

127: Andrew binni vs eren sement final 13,16

139: Maddox shaw vs Brock weiss 4,11 semi

139: winner of above vs dalton perry whos ranked 12 Final

145: Manville vs simcov 1,3 Simcox is the 3 but beat manville in the regional finals

152: Collin gaj vs kollin rath final 3,5

160: Garvick vs Kunstek 10,18 Semi

160: Cunningham vs winner of above final cunningham is 14

285: Sean kinney vs nick pavlechko 7,11 final

After doing these I should have used matscouts rankings and not flow but I am too lazy to go back now

AAA 114 Sloboda and Sidun have to get through a lot of guys to meet in the finals, but if they do that will be an epic rematch of D7 (WPIAL) guys.

I was not familiar with Sloboda but Sidun could've won 121 and is going to be a blue-chip recruit so I will definitely be watching him moving forward.

Sloboda was AAA Pa state fourth place last year at 107 as a freshman.

In the quarters Sloboda shut out his opponent 5-0 to advance.

Sidun was leading 9-2 (a reversal for his opponent) but eventually won by fall to advance.
