To the actual topic, James Green had one of the most successful coaching runs of a USAW developmental coach ever in terms of age-group world competition.  Just about all the top 0.1% of high school recruits that have made world teams, plus all the kids who came to the Springs to train.  So the relationships are there and most likely knows parents as well.
