Going into the Semi-Finals / Blood Round, Penn State has a commanding lead, but 2-5 are in tight contention for a trophy. The road to a trophy: Penn State, Iowa, Cornell, Nebraska, and Michigan

125: Iowa and Nebraska have a Semi-Finalist. Lee is a heavy favorite, while Cronin is probably a push. Cornell has Ungar in the Blood Round and has to get past Cardinale

133: Penn State and Cornell have a Semi-Finalist. RBY is a favorite and Vito is probably a push

141: Iowa and Nebraska face each other in a big match. Penn State has a Semi-Finalist who is probably an underdog

149: Penn State and Cornell wrestle each other, but Cornell is a heavy favorite. Michigan and Iowa wrestle in the Blood round for a chance to be an All American

157: Penn State and Nebraska wrestle each other in the Semi-Finals. Michigan has Lewan in the Blood Round and is probably a favorite

165: Michigan has Amine in the Semi-Finals, but is the underdog. Cornell has Ramirez in the Blood Round. Ordinarily an underdog, but it probably depends on the headspace of a former national champion

174: Penn State and Cornell wrestle in the Semi-Finals with Penn State being the favorite. Nebraska has a Semi-Finalist as well and faces a battered former National Champion. Iowa has Brands in the Blood Round against Ruth from Illinois

184: Penn State has Brooks in the Semi-Finals and Michigan has Finesilver in the Blood Round against Coleman of Iowa State

197: Lots of fun! Four of the top 5 have a guy in the Blood Round. Iowa and Nebraska wrestle each other. Dean has a young Georgia boy and Cornell has Brawlnagel

285: Michigan and Iowa wrestle in the Semi-Finals with Michigan the favorite. Penn State has a Semi-Finalist and may have the most entertaining heavyweight match of the weekend.

I'd say Cornell and Nebraska have a chance to push Iowa to fourth place after tonight.
