Liberty Launch Academy is hiring a full-time, year-round Head Wrestling Coach and Program Builder to launch a national caliber high school wrestling program on the MØDE Sports campus. This is a rare opportunity for an elite coach, preferably with NCAA Division I All-American credentials or comparable experience, to build a premier academy wrestling program from the ground up. Target compensation includes a $50,000–$60,000 base salary, on-campus housing, and potential incentives, with an estimated total package value of approximately $80,000–$95,000. The coach will lead daily training, develop a year-round curriculum, recruit student-athletes, manage competition planning, and mentor a focused group of serious wrestlers. Liberty Launch Academy believes this can become one of the premier high school wrestling jobs in the country within five to seven years.
