Carter was always chasing tail at PSU. Does not make him a rapist but puts him a risk for running into precarious situations.
My daughter went to PSU and he was hitting on several of her roommates online despite never meeting them. Just fishing and casting a wide net IMO. Then when she graduated my niece went to PSU and was messaged by Carter in her first week as a freshman trying to hook up.
Most of my daughters circle of friends knew he was a player and stayed away. Law of averages may have caught up with him or perhaps he did break the law but he was engaging in behavior that put him a risk either way.
