"We'll have a handful of our younger guys competing there unattached so they can get some more action under their belt," Penrith said. "The upperclassmen will stay in Cedar Falls and practice on Saturday morning with matches being assigned among the guys in the room."
The Harold Nichols Open will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday in the Lied Recreation Center on the Iowa State University campus. It will be a double-elimination format tournament and NCAA rules will be followed with seven-minute matches; riding time will be kept for all matches.
