The Bison (12-3) defeated the CSUB Roadrunners (4-4), 32-8, to open the day before winning the nightcap against the Cal Poly Mustangs (4-8), 30-6.
After CSU Bakersfield opened the dual with a win at 165 pounds, the Bison won eight of its final nine matches to secure the comeback victory.
Dylan Urbach (174 pounds) and No. 20 Cam Sykora (133 pounds) each recorded tech falls against the Roadrunners, while No. 25 Ben Tynan (285 pounds) tallied his sixth pin of the season.
No. 8 Clay Ream (157 pounds) and Mitch Friedman (149 pounds) both claimed major decision wins, and Tyler McNutt (184 pounds), Cordell Eaton (197 pounds) and No. 3 Josh Rodriguez (125 pounds) earned decision victories against CSUB.
In the second contest against the Mustangs, NDSU won eight of its 10 matches on its way to the 30-6 win.
Rodriguez and Sykora each tallied tech falls, while Ream and Tynan both picked up major decision victories in the dual.
No. 17 Andrew Fogarty (165 pounds), Urbach, Eaton and Friedman added wins via decision for the Bison.
North Dakota State is scheduled to host Utah Valley for Senior Day Friday, Feb. 3, at 7 p.m. inside the Scheels Center at the Sanford Health Athletic Complex.
