Chun will represent the United States at the Olympics in women's freestyle wrestling at 105.5 pounds. In 1998, she became the first state champion in the first year girls' state wrestling was sanctioned in Hawaii. This year, she became the first wrestler from Hawaii – male or female – to make a U.S. Olympic team.
Kemp, one of the greatest wrestlers this country has ever produced, is a coach for this year's men's freestyle Olympic team. As a competitor, Kemp won world titles in 1978, 1979, and 1982. He was also a member of the 1980 U.S. Olympic team that did not compete due to the United States' boycott.
