I know this is a wrestling forum and I didnt know where else to turn but here. Are there any coaches on here that utilize wrestling (drills, etc) to make their football team better? Have any of you modified wrestling drills, etc to football. I would appreciate any help you can give. We are in the talks of getting wrestling here at our school but in the meantime I am working to get our players tougher, and stronger, and everyone I have talked to points me to wrestling.
