Har-Ber high school in Springdale, AR is searching for a female assistant wrestling coach with strong knowledge of Freestyle. Springdale has three high school and is the largest district in the State with just under 23,000 students. A first year teacher with a bachelor degree starts off at $53,600. Springdale is next door to Fayetteville, home of the Razorbacks. If you like the outdoors, this would be a great place for you, with hiking trails, mountain biking, cycling, fishing, lakes, and many more attractable amenities. Har-Ber Girls won state in 2023 with a 3rd place finish in 2022 and 2024. We qualified 9 girls to the state tournament and medaled 4 in 2025. Har-Ber girls wrestling team is one of the biggest in Arkansas with over 40 girls on the team this past season.
