Yeah… Larkin may have been entirely responsible for Parco’s untimely exit.

did you see his match against Yianni this morning? This dude may end up being a 4 timer dude he's truly great.

Well. That sucks. ASU was set up to have a fantastic shot at a team trophy next year too.

maybe this means that Kaleb Larkin is a confirmed stud.

possibly a dumb question but how do you transfer from a service academy? Aren't they locked into some type of commitment? I know they are post graduation but I think there is after enrollment as well? anyone know the details?

Does anyone have a list of transfers who went on to win an NCAA title?

Off the top of my head I can think of TJ Jaworsky, Seth Gross, Bubba Jenkins, Greg Kerkvliet, Max Dean, Nick Suriano.

    Who am I forgetting?

At least Tanner Hall's grandchildren got to see him wrestle in college.

one of my all time best message board posts was a few years ago, "Tanner Hall trains cardio by playing with his grandkids."

    I’d like to see

    125. Figs

    133. Yas

    141. Vasquez

    149. Parco

    157. Larkin

    165. Teemer

    174. Ruiz

    184. Valencia

    197. Cardenas

    Hwt. Schultz

woukdnt be upset to see Valencia lose his spot to a transfer either.

are Parco and Teemer confirmed returning?

why is everyone assuming Cardenas is going to ASU? has there been any talk of this or just wishful thinking? I haven't heard anything but then again I'm not in the loop. As an ASU fan I'd love it.

  8. it sounds like in addition to injuries Figs was dealing with what we might call "off the mat" issues earlier this year. In one of his interviews during the tourney or maybe after winning he mentioned "going to rehab," not rehabbing an injury but "going to" rehab. I know from personal experience this usually means something very specific. Anyway, he's a tremendous talent and I have no idea why he didn't get at least some passing OW love (not saying he should've won it). Rooting hard for this kid!

My best guess for Penn, with no inside info. A lot of stability, and hopefully one or two break through/repeat as AAs.

    125 - Gallagher
133 - Ryan Miller (lose Colaiocco)
    141 - Composto
    149/157 - Swisher/Wasilewski (lose Revano)
    165 - Sement
    174 - Incontrera
    184 - Hale
    197 - Cosgrove (lose Urbas)
HWT - Delsanter (lose John Stout)

unrelated to this directly but speaking of Penn, do you remember Jason Nagle? 2xEIWA champ from like 2001/2? was just remembering him for some reason then a Penn fan popped up here.

Brooks = LeBron. A savant at his sport who is so good that everyone forgets he’s there.

Starocci = Kobe. Insane work ethic. Insane desire to win. Insane desire to dominate.

Keck = Luca Doncic. LeBron but slower.

Arujau = Curry. A guy who was initially overlooked but became a world beater.

Kerk = Jokic. Big dude who dominates with ho-hum efficiency.

MM = Ant Edwards. Young guy with astounding physical gifts.

KOT = Durant. Elite at everything.

Figueroa = Jalen Brunson. Came in without a ton of fanfare and made it to the top

Haines = Shai GA.  Goes out there and quietly puts up a ton of points. No drama.

    Carr is Dame Lillard

in fairness, they're not being ridiculed for believing, they're being ridiculed for talking bout it at literally every opportunity. And nobody's saying they shouldn't be allowed to talk about god, they just have to expect to be laughed at. There's nothing wrong here, this is how it works.
